Joseph Puzon & Dax Ponce de Leon
Joseph Puzon is a senior engineer who has provided project controls support on a variety of projects. His most recent work includes scheduling and cost controls on multiple projects in the health care industry, including assisting in planning and scheduling of a $100M VA Hospital. Mr. Puzon has a BS in civil engineering from Auburn University and is currently pursuing his PMP accreditation.
Dax Ponce de Leon is Managing Director of PMA’s Chicago office. He has 14 years’ experience in program and project management, with an emphasis on project controls, scheduling, planning and development, and project delivery. His expertise includes schedule development and maintenance, interactive planning, schedule review, delay analysis, and risk analysis, and he is an expert in the Graphical Path Method and NetPoint.
