As project managers, we are often asked to forecast an annual plan of current and requested projects. Not only does this task involve developing a cost estimate and project timeline, it also requires project managers to think about their own level of effort, i.e., “How am I supposed to get all of this done?” Using NetPoint, we are able to visualize that plan, allowing the project managers to review the following year’s projects and set realistic expectations with leadership.
