NetPoint Training • Case Studies • Technical Tracks
Whether you are new to NetPoint, exploring new planning options, or already a NetPoint guru, join us in Austin for case studies and technical sessions that promise to hit home.
Join us to see the groundbreaking GPM approach to solving the most persistent CPM problems. You will gain ready-to-use PM skills and broad planning insights in case studies and technical sessions. This conference also offers the once-a-year opportunity to train and network with leading practitioners and NetPoint developers.
Dr. Gui Ponce de Leon, one of our nation’s foremost planning and scheduling experts, will dive into the latest refinements in his powerful collaborative planning tool, NetPoint. Pushing the scheduling envelope to support improvements in project management is realized through new NetPoint algorithms and applications delineated by Dr. Gui in his keynote address and demonstrated through case studies from NetPoint users.
Subject matter experts will present practical yet cutting-edge solutions in case studies for project management. Industry-recognized thought leaders will also challenge some generally accepted practices and offer a framework and direction to move the industry forward in the coming years.
