The NetPoint® & GPM® Conference brings together project planning professionals and NetPoint software users for an intensive day of networking, learning, and sharing best practices. Led by Dr. Gui Ponce de Leon PE, PMP, LEED AP, discussions will include how to effectively lead interactive planning sessions, interoperability between scheduling applications, and the latest in schedule risk analysis. Additional presentations by owners, engineering firms, and contractors will offer insights into how GPM (Graphical Path Method™) technology is being utilized in industries including: upstream and downstream oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and amusement parks and entertainment.

In conjunction with the Construction CPM Conference, the NetPoint and GPM Conference ends prior to the CPM kick-off event. There is no registration fee for the NetPoint and GPM Conference. Professional development certificates will be issued for up to 5 PDUs. On Friday, January 24th from 1-4 pm, Tim Mather and Renee Woolley will lead a paid training session that will provide an overview of NetPoint, focusing on the basics of building a NetPoint plan efficiently. They will share tips and tricks gleaned from many hours of use in the field, and explore new features and more advanced functions including NetRisk™, the Data Manager, and AutoGRAPH™.
