If there is an abnormal termination of the program, NetPoint recovers any open files. All recovered files are located in My Documents/NetPoint Recovery. When NetPoint is restarted after an abnormal termination, the Recovered File Warning window opens.

The user must save the recovered files to avoid the potential loss of work. Once the program is open, these recovered files are listed and available to view under from the main menu.
Recovered File Error
In the event that the system ended unexpectedly and cannot successfully restart, delete the contents of the folder to eliminate the repetitive recall of a failed file.
NOTE: Regularly save files to prevent loss of work due to system or user error.
