Click the menu to access the following commands:
- Shows current release information and link to website.
- Opens a PDF of the NetPoint User Guide for help.
- Opens the NetPoint Online User Forums.
- Opens the default email client and addresses a message to NetPoint support.
- Opens the Create Event Log File window. In the event that a possible bug may have occurred, the log file will record the last few actions taken and the conditions of the program which may have caused a problem. It can be emailed to NetPoint support by copying and pasting from a web browser to an email client.
