PMA and NetPoint will be attending the PMI Global Conference 2011 – North America being held at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas/Fort Worth, October 22-25, 2011. The conference will feature educational sessions and networking opportunities will connect peers to discuss common issues, innovative solutions and best practices, and to learn about the latest trends, tools and techniques from project management experts. PMA’s Timothy Deane Mather, PMP will present his paper “How Job Shop Scheduling Can Assist in Improving Manufacturing Budget Control Part of Scheduling” on Monday, October 24th. His paper discusses the application of scheduling technologies to the job shop manufacturing environment. The paper also specifically addresses the job shop scenario but the issues can apply to any multistep resource constrained environment.
