If NetPoint is unable to be opened without crashing, check that a “My Documents” directory defined. This is required for NetPoint to run properly, since NetPoint uses this directory to store recovered files. To resolve this problem, create a “My Documents” directory, or contact NetPoint support at support@pmatechnologies.com
